Высоко чистота промышленный магний карбонат, используемый в керамике
High purity magnesium carbonate plays a key role in three major fields by virtue of its high purity (MgO≥40%), low impurities and unique thermal decomposition properties:
① Ceramic glaze: as a flux to reduce the firing temperature (10-15% energy saving), regulate the thermal expansion coefficient of the glaze, and improve the gloss of the glaze (whiteness ≥95%) and abrasion resistance (Moh’s 6-7 grade);
② Shoe materials: act as a lightweight reinforcing agent in rubber/plastic shoe soles (additive amount of 10-30%), improve tensile strength (15-20%) and anti-slip (coefficient of friction +0.2-0.4), while reducing the density to achieve lightweight;
③ Magnesium acrylate composite material: adding 15-25% can synergistically enhance mechanical properties (compressive strength +40%), flame retardancy (oxygen index ≥ 28%) and processing fluidity, suitable for anti-corrosion coatings and electronic fireproof encapsulation.
Its core advantage lies in “one material with multiple effects” – energy saving (ceramics), lightweight and high strength (footwear), functional integration (magnesium acrylate), but need to optimise the cost and add the proportion to break through the application bottleneck.
